Sports Tourney Teammate – the tourney associate will help with the execution of Skybacher Ministries monthly sports tournaments. Set up, tear down, securing referees, keeping score, and supervising concessions.
Duties
- Help set up and tear down equipment before and after tournament
- Help with execution of the actual tournament
- Help supervise and contact referees and concession help.
- Coach teams for younger age tournaments
Time Commitment
- 6-10 hrs once a month.

Sports Ministry Captain – The SMC will be on the frontlines of doing sports ministry on a weekly basis through building relationship, attending sporting events, coaching, and participating in the weekly Pray & Play outreach
Duties
- Attend and participate in weekly Pray & Play outreach on Sunday evenings.
- Invest and be intentional with building relationships with students attending Pray & Play
- Help out coaching and facilitating monthly tournaments
- Participate in weekly girls or boys group study
- Participate in after-school basketball program
Time Commitment
- 4-10 hours per week.

Non-profit Marketing Whiz – the Non-profit Marketing Whiz will help advertise, market, and promote the goals and missions of Skybacher Ministries through social media, email, flyers, contact with partner organizations, and word of mouth.
Duties
- Promote monthly tournaments via social media, emails, and phone messages
- Promote quarterly fundraising events
- Advertise and come up with campaigns for promoting Skybacher Ministries upcoming events.
- Contact local churches and local organizations on how Skybacher Ministries may work with them.
- Report on events after they have taken place
Time Commitment
- 4-6 hours per week

Social Media Guru – The Social Media Guru will help in the promotion, marketing, and communicating of Skybacher Ministries missions, goals, and programs via social media.
Duties
- Promote tournaments via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat
- Post tourney photos and highlights via social media
- Come up with inspirational sports quotes, or Bible verses each week.
- Create Christian Sports Culture dialogue via the Skybacher Sports Mob
- Create polls, questions, and others various forms for Skybacher Ministries participants to engage in and interact with via social media.
Time Commitment
- 4-6 hours per week
