On Saturday March 20th, Skybacher Ministries is bringing back the tournaments, actually 3 tournaments in one night, with the Sports Jam, consisting of Touch Football, Whip-It, and Coneball!
The night will begin with indoor 4 on 4 touch football. Teams will have 3 downs to try and score. 1 girl must be on the field or teams can opt to play with 3 guys.
Next will be the Whip-it tournament. Whip-it combines the skills of team handball, hockey, and tag. Simply try to score by throwing a ball into the net before someone tags you. Whip-it will allow 6 players on the court at once, two must be girls. It’s fast, furious, and fun.
Finally we will close the night out with a dodgeball type game we like to call “Coneball” it’s similar to battleship in that teams will have to knock a tennis ball off of 4 cones while trying to dodge the opponents throws.
