Sunday night Skybacher Ministries hosted it’s first tournament of the 2011/2012 school year, in the Kickball Kickoff. Five teams battled it out through the beautiful evening skies. The kickballs were flying and there was lots of hustle and teamwork, but in the end it was the Cream Puff Fairies who took home the trophy in a late comeback win over the Snickers Kickers. Before leaving everyone got the Good News that like Abraham we have reason to “Hope”, and that God hears and knows our “Hopes” for the school year.
It was a great way to kickoff our tournament season for 2011/2012. Thank you to all who participated. Next up is the Dodgeball Pumpkin Blast. Jr. and Sr. High takes place on Saturday October 15th, and Elementary takes place on the next day on the Oct. 16th.
