We are already 2 months into 2018! In February we take a break from the tournament season and we plan our annual Great Big Group Date. This year we went to North Park Lounge for a feast of wings and pizza, then from there it was off to the slopes of Boyce Park for some snow tubing. It was a wonderful fun night for all!
Also in February we host our Annual Someone Special Dance. It was great to see the attendance come back up from last year. Students and their “someone specials” dance the night away to events like the newspaper dance, the limbo, the twist, and other various line dances. As always it was a great celebration of joy and youth.
Finally Pray & Play continued with a focus on the life of the apostle Paul. We discussed things like praising in the midst of difficult circumstance and throw into the fire those things that snake bite us.
Summer Camp dates are up and we get ready for the 3-on-3 Slamrock on March 22nd.
