The Lord blessed us with the most amazing day for flag football. Five elementary teams stormed the fields in the early morning. They rumbled and fumbled their way through some wild and crazy flag football action. The Eagles ended up the eventual winner in a thrilling overtime battle. In the afternoon session 5 high school teams fought hard for the coveted Silver Cereal Bowl. In the end the Kings won their second straight tournament of the school year, beating Team Waterworks in a hard fought finale. It was the first time in Skybacher Ministries Flag Football history that a team other than West Side was crowned football champions. Everyone was reminded that we should take time to stop and consider God’s wonders. It was an amazing day, of fun flag football, now it’s onto volleyball!
