We finished of the first week of basketball camp. J-Mo and Blenda informed us that the All-Star Action was “celebrate”. Then they celebrated a b-ball victory over Coaches Justin and Will. The celebration was short lived as Miss Kristie came out and beat J-Mo in a 1-on-1 showdown. A few more fun drills, some team time, and another round of the numbers game got everyone prepared for the big games in front of the parents. The baskets were flying and so were the assists. We probably saw more baskets on Friday then we did the entire week in some cases. It was great to see everyone’s improvement. Finally each camper received an award certificate, a J-Mo and Blenda coloring page, and a silly band, topped off with donuts from Krispy Kreme. An amazing celebration of an amazing week. Next up soccer camp!! Mobacca’s plane just arrived from the Caribbean.
