Summer Camp Staff
One of our favorite times of the year here at Skybacher Ministries is the summer because of our “More Than” Sports Camps. The camps are an absolute blast! We hold 6 week-long sessions in June and July for students going into kindergarten through 7th grade with the camp day running from 9:00a – 12:00p.
Being a part of the camp staff is a tremendous opportunity for personal growth and provides experience working with youth. Besides working with campers and other staff, our camp staff gets to enjoy some special perks throughout the summer! Two days a week, the staff stays after for a counselor game in the sport we are teaching that week. We also try to have weekly staff fun outings.

Positions
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the directors to implement the overall camp program
- Relay information to and lead Senior/Junior Coaches
- Organize activities for age group
- Set tone of enthusiasm and energy
Preferences:
- Comfortable coaching all sports
- Experienced leader
- Good communication skills
Other:

Requirements: High school student with prior experience at Skybacher camps/programs
Responsibilities:
- Assist Age Group Coordinator in leading campers
- Coach and connect with one team of 4-8 students
- Maintain tone of enthusiasm, encouragement, and energy
Preferences:
- Passionate about working with youth
- Comfortable being in charge of a small group of campers
Other:
- Weekly paid position
Requirements: High school or middle school student (going into 8th grade or higher)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Age Group Coordinator and Senior Coaches in leading campers
- Help Senior Coach lead and connect with a team of 4-8 students
- Maintain tone of enthusiasm, encouragement, and energy
Preferences:
- Passionate about working with youth
